Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
At Cindorella Fashion and More, all sales are final unless otherwise stated, and we generally do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, we offer consideration for manufacturer defects on a case-by-case basis.
All sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
To start an exchange, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item via email at cindorellafashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 876-288-0505. For an exchange to be accepted, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Note: Cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of placing the order, with a 15% restocking fee if canceled after 1 hour. Orders cannot be canceled after 3 hours as the shipping label will have been generated.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Cindorella Fashion and More ensures that all products are securely packaged and is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our warehouse. All packages are insured, and customers may file claims directly with the shipping carrier. Please verify that all shipping information provided is correct at the time of placing your order.
Lost packages will not be considered for a refund if there is proof of delivery to the shipping address provided. If your package is damaged during shipment, we will assist you with the shipping carrier in filing a claim.
